It was in the middle of the summer (I think it was a holiday as well) when I noticed that my AC unit was leaking. I called a few HVAC companies and I found it difficult to get a technician on a short notice. Only Sky Net AC was able to come and fix the problem.

They were at my house for 1.5 hrs. They fixed the problem within less than 45 minutes, the rest of the time? They took the time to explain: about the problem, how to maintain it, and shared a few tips here and there on how to maintain and avoid future leaks. Very good people! The work area was cleaned, polite, professional, and reasonable price.

My furnace in the attic was not working properly. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I had called a different technician and they were unable to actually fixed the problem. Well, it was working until a few hours later - it stop working again. So I called Sky Net AC, hoping that they could fix the problem once and for all.

The technician came on-time and started the inspection: examining the unit. After he did some inspection, he mentioned that I might need to replace one of the parts and that would be another extra of $200, however, he would like to check the attic crawlspace. So he did! He crawled up to take a look through tight attic crawlspace and he found that hose was slighly chewed by a rat. I'm glad I don't need to cough up $200 extra for the new part!

I would recommend Sky Net to friends and families!
